Product Description

Food grade N2O is used as a propellant for whipping cream, which dissolves in the liquid cream. As the cream is released from the whipper, the gas expands and in doing so whips the cream into foam. The nitrous oxide used in whip-It! brand cream chargers are of the highest quality medical grade: meeting all Pharmacopoeia Eur. III and VII and Pharmacopoeia HU requirements. Made in Hungary. Warning: This product contains aerosols, solvents, or additional materials that make it ineligible for air shipping or shipping outside of the contiguous United States.
