Terms & Conditions

AFG Distribution’s catalog and website are intended for wholesale customers who are 18 years of age or older.
All customers are required to provide a tax/resale identification number prior to their first order. Thank you!

NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS: There may be items in this catalog that are subject to local, state, or national regulations, and it is the customer’s obligation to ensure compliance before placing an order. Customers with questions about AFG Distribution’s Terms & Conditions are encouraged to contact a Sales Account Manager by email or by phone during normal business hours. There may be items in this catalog that could be restricted in your city, county, or state. It is the customers’ obligation to check local laws before ordering.

Taxes & Exemptions
Laws governing taxes & exemptions vary, and you will be held liable for any tax, interest, and possible penalties imposed by your local jurisdiction if your purchase is not legally exempt or if you fail to pay any due tax. To determine what tax & exemptions are applicable in your particular jurisdiction, please refer to your local tax agency.

New Accounts
New accounts can be created by registering online or by contacting a Sales Account Manager. Initial terms for USA and Canada accounts will be credit card payment. Other international accounts will require wire transfer payment.

Payment Methods
Other methods are available with an approved credit application. Credit applications are available upon request and may take up to 2 weeks to process. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfer. Certain orders are subject to review for limited payment options. Your sales rep will let you know when this is required. All prices and payments are in US Dollars (USD).

Unpaid Order Restock Policy
All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped with an exception for those that are covered by net terms. Barring arrangements made between a customer and their account manager, an unpaid shipment left in the warehouse for 20 working business days will be subject to restocking. The customer will be liable for a 10% restocking fee. The account manager will be responsible for contacting the customer to collect payment. Any account on hold for a restocking fee must pay that fee in full before they can place their next order.

Our goal is to ship every order within 2-3 business days. We will make every attempt to meet that goal, but AFG is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, weather or natural disaster, carrier demand or disputes, domestic/international customs or embargos, or seasonal shipping demand. Special or custom orders may require additional lead time.

Shipping Estimates: Shipping Estimates: Shipping estimates are subject to change based on requested method, destination, product weight and dimensions, or other factors. Shipping estimates on small package shipments do not include hazmat fees. Hazmat fees are included on estimates for freight orders, one per pallet and vary by carrier. Orders outside the contiguous United States may require alternate shipping methods. Please contact your Sales Account Manager for more details.

Expedited Shipping: Our process for all Expedited Shipments allows for orders placed prior to 12:00pm (Noon) EST. to be guaranteed to ship by the end of the following business day. Exceptions may include orders totaling over $7500 or orders with specific items associated. Please call your Sales Account Manager for further details.

Shipping Methods
All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground, all Canada orders are shipped UPS Standard, and all other International orders are shipped UPS Expedited unless otherwise requested. Local customers can arrange pick up at our Asheville warehouse. Customers are responsible for all freight, hazmat, insurance, handling charges, and import fees, taxes, duties, customs charges, etc. associated with international shipments.

Hazardous Materials Shipping Information

Orders shipping ground that include hazardous materials items will incur a $25 per box Hazmat Shipping Fee. Orders shipping freight will incur a per pallet Hazmat Shipping Fee dictated by the carrier. Please note that the hazardous materials fee is charged per box, but only applies to boxes containing hazardous materials. For example: If an order is packed in three boxes, but only one box contains hazardous materials, the total fee will be $25. If an order is packed in three boxes, and two boxes contain hazardous materials, the total fee will be $50. AFG Distribution cannot calculate the total hazmat fee until your order is packed, but we will always pack hazmat items in the fewest number of boxes allowable, based on the terms set by our carriers.

AFG Distribution will ship hazardous materials to Canada and Mexico via ground shipment only, and within the 48 contiguous United States under the D.O.T. Code of Federal Regulations, as outlined in Subchapter C, Hazardous Materials Regulations, Parts 171-180.

Hazmat Returns: Due to federal shipping regulations, including the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR), it is illegal for you to return hazardous materials to AFG Distribution unless you are an authorized, licensed carrier. As part of our reasonable terms and conditions, you hereby agree to notify AFG Distribution of any shortages, overcharges, damaged items, or any other issue relating to the proper functionality of your hazardous material items within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. AFG Distribution will issue credit for all approved defects, including associated hazardous material charges, reported within this time frame. Any hazardous material discrepancies reported outside of the 5 business days will be approved or denied at the sole discretion of AFG Distribution.

Refused Orders
All refused or unclaimed orders will result in a 10% restocking fee plus all freight charges. If the customer would like the order reshipped, all additional freight charges will be added. If the fault of AFG Distribution, refused orders will be fully credited or reshipped at our expense.

Lost and Late Packages
Packages will be determined lost after 12 days from the estimated delivery date for shipments inside the contiguous US and 24 days for shipments outside the contiguous US. If a replacement order has been arranged and you receive the original shipment, please leave the box sealed and contact an AFG Account Manager immediately. Once a replacement order ships, AFG assumes all rights to the original shipment and will issue a call tag for the return if applicable. Tampering with the original shipment could invalidate credits for missing and broken items and generate a bill for any items not returned to AFG.

General Merchandise Return Policy
As part of our reasonable Terms & Conditions, you hereby agree to notify AFG Distribution of any shipment discrepancies (invoice overcharges, incorrect prices, incorrect items, damaged items, etc.) within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of the merchandise. All discrepancies determined to be the fault AFG Distribution will be credited, or reshipped at our expense if damages or discrepancies total $50 or more. Any discrepancies beyond 5 BUSINESS DAYS will be approved or denied at the sole discretion of AFG Distribution.

Authorized Returns
Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for full credit. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number - obtainable from your Sales Representative - in order to receive full credit or item replacement. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery.
All other products may be returned to AFG Distribution within 90 DAYS from invoice date. Unless the fault of AFG Distribution, all returned items will incur a restocking fee of 10%, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Please contact your sales representative with a list of items that you would like to return. Once your return is approved, you will be given a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your items to AFG. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or reshipped.

3rd Party Returns Policy
AFG Distribution will not accept returns directly from Amazon.com (or any other third party marketplace) on customers’ behalf; and all products being returned to AFG Distribution Inc for return or credit must come directly from AFG customers and be fully and accurately reported prior to return and accompanied by valid RMA information.
This policy is intended to make the returns process as simple and easy to navigate for all involved parties; and Amazon.com is unreliable when it comes to their returns process. As such, AFG Distribution will only accept and process returns from its customers specifically, any items shipped to AFG from 3rd party fulfillment centers will be restocked with no credit or notification to the sales rep or customer.

Return Labels
Return labels with a Return Authorization are only valid for 30 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of issuance. Any return labels re-issued beyond 30 BUSINESS DAYS will be approved or denied at the sole discretion of AFG Distribution.

We Cannot Accept Returns Of Used Merchandise Or Any Partial Displays Of Merchandise
All returned merchandise must be returned in new, resalable condition and include all original packing materials, instructions, and accessories. We will not issue partial display credits. Any used, incomplete, or defective merchandise will not be credited.

Item Credits
Credits will be given at the original sale price or the current sale price, whichever is lower at the time of authorization.

All Sales On Warehouse Deals, Clearance Items, & Discontinued Items Are Final
AFG Distribution shall not accept returns of any Warehouse Deals, Clearance Items, or Discontinued items.

Perishable Items Return Policy
AFG will not accept any returns or issue credit on perishable products from our customers. We cannot guarantee the storage or shipping conditions from our customers to AFG, and therefore cannot in good conscience resell this product to other customers. AFG customers are expected to consider this policy and order perishable goods accordingly.

Damages And Shortages
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If your boxes appear to be opened, re-taped, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must take photos & note when you sign for the delivery that the box(es) arrived damaged, keep the original boxes and file a claim with the carrier. If your boxes arrive in good condition but contain damages, shortages, or overages, please take photos of all damages (required for credit to be issued), and contact your Sales Representative to file a claim. If the fault of AFG Distribution, any damaged or shorted merchandise totaling less than $50 will be credited to your account. Any shortages or damages totaling over $50 value can be reshipped at our expense. In the case of overages or incorrect merchandise, AFG Distribution will arrange for return shipping.

Price Changes
All prices shown are wholesale prices that are subject to change without notice. Sale prices may expire and cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or offers. AFG Distribution is not responsible for typographical errors appearing in this catalog, on our website, or in any other publications.

Price Match Guarantee
AFG Distribution has sole discretion on price match approval. Must show proof of invoice dated within the past 3 months.
